Tuesday 22nd May - second post.
I have entered the world of Wikis and now understand why wikipedia is so not recommend by univrsity and Tafe professionals. It is not the information, people have the right to  print their views. That is what blogging is about. But it is the reader who chooses to accept theinformation without question. I thought that Wookiepedia was a good example of that. I found this site fascinating, as I don't know anything about Star Wars and was impressed with people's passion and knowledge.
I found the Montana history wiki promising but at the same timedisappointing as the subject of 19thcentury women was one that I have researched in the past. I was really looking forward to this sit, but was disappointed when I couldn't open the link to collection as it was undergoing maintenance. But that is par for the course in the world of wikis.
The Mint Museum Uptown Wiki wasexcellent. The link was quick and the information about the museum absorbing. I did not know about this institution, so I learnt a lot. It wasvery informative.
